http://help.lycos.co.uk/bugform.html By using THIS form, you should get a response within 48 hours. The "other" BugReport form is simply to tell Lycos Tripod UK of faults, and then they look into them and NO REPSONSE. It can take up to 7 days for Lycos Tripod UK to look into this, but if you are still having problems just repost here... |
