more than likely Frontpage XP, I have the same program but I use Dreamwaver instead as I think its allot better but if you don't want to spend the money Frontpage XP is a good program to make a nice looking website and it has a code view and design view very helpfull...
Depending on what you want the site based on tho you could just use tripod "site building tools" |
