You really need to keep your own backups of your database. You should have gone to your PHP admin page - http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/build/php4u/admin - and made a backup fom there before modifying it.
View dump (schema) of database Structure and data Save as file It is unlikely that Lycos Tripod would have made a copy of your database and sorry to be so negative, but your database table probably got destroyed when it was modified, but you could try contacting them at tripod-uk-support@lycos-europe.com Ray |
