I upload the files /graphics into directories using the webftp
they appear for a while and I am able to modify the website i come back later and there is NOTHING there in the directories - everything has literally vanished! i refresh and there is still nothing there - i try to add more and there is still nothing there...... if i view the website it IS there - just as it should be so what is happening to my files/graphics in the directories and why can't i see them ?? i also keep getting told that there are connection problems and that the server is down for maintenance - but this has been going on since sunday - and i only joined lycos on friday! i feel like i am getting nowhere fast the only permanent files i can view and modify are the root files/index....... |
