Its pretty simple really
All you need to do is, in Flash, click: "FILE-->Publish settings" and then make sure that the HTML option is clicked as well as the FLASH one. Now it should create 2 files: "yourmoviename.swf" and "yourmoviename.html" Upload both of these to to your webspace and visit the page "yourmoviename.html" (obviously the "yourmoviename" bit is substituted for whatever you called your movie. e.g "Movie 1", "Intro", "Thingy".
