You really need to have a copy of your website - and make backups of it - on your own computer. Then you can simply FTP the files wherever you need them yourself.

Links to most of the tools that Lycos / Tripd provide for you can be found at http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/build/ This includes their file manager - WebFTP.

If you cannot get SiteCatcher to work then you need to download all the files from your old site to your computer then upload them to your account here or use something called a transloader to copy them directly from your old host to here - http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=transloader
