The server tme appears to be set correctly - http://members.lycos.co.uk/brisray/test/lycosdatetest.php - so it looks like the code you are using is messed up somehow.
Did you get this from Lycos? The code for the guestbook also appears not to be working - http://members.lycos.co.uk/brisray/test/lycosgbooktest.htm Ray |
