What happens is that when your site was created Lycos put a default index.html page in your account. This is the page that says "page under construction"

What should have happened is that when you created your new pages in WebBuilder the files should have been saved and then published. The new page you wrote should have over written the default index.html page.

Did you know that changing your pages in WebBuilder is a two step process?

You have to save the files then publish them. Save is the familiar disk icon near the left side of the toolbar, publish is near the right hand side (it looks like a couple of sheets of paper with a green arrow next to them).

This isn't a quirk of the editor, lots of other programs work with this two step system of publishing, but it can be confusing if you've got work saved but not published.
